Jinx!!

Wow, i did not see that storm coming! I am not sure why, I am usually on top of stuff like that. I feel like I jinxed myself concerning that storm. A few days ago I was telling my dad that last year I was caught off guard by a snow storm that resulted in 3 days off of school. I didn't have lunch for the kids or things to keep them busy. That taught me a lesson because now I always keep extra food in the freezer as a backup for lunches and i have started a pretty nice collection of board games, workbooks,crayons, paper, glitter and glue to keep the kids busy if there is an unexpected school closing.

I do have to admit though, It sure was a pretty sight watching the snow fall.
